When last we saw POV Steve™ (or didn't see him as the case is in POV) he was riding the bottom of a train on his way to Slovakia. But somewhere in Germany the train derails (just like in that real escaped convict movie, The Fugitive, except off camera) and he wakes up in a hospital bed. He overhears his doctor and nurse planning to chemically castrate him, so he wrestles the needle away from nursey and sticks both beauties with it. The chemicals in the syringe mentally castrate them, and both become airheaded submissives. Steve might be injured, but he's not that injured. Time for the patient to start giving the doctor orders.
First, he commands the doctor to examine her nurse. And as everyone knows, the best examinations are done when the patient is naked. But even better is when the doctor is naked too. After a thorough cavity exam that would make a gynecologist blush, Steve sticks his tongue depressor in their mouths to check their tonsils. Then it's time for some invasive surgery with his skin scalpel. Conveniently, there are already openings to stick it in. Steve's final prescription is a load of protein taken orally.
Beautiful newcomers Candee Licious and Baby Jewel are magnificiently mindless as the carnal caregivers.
